Using a TEAM-BASED TEACHING model, data teams is not as an event
but a DAILY CONVERSATION.
All our systems are grounded in fostering real world opportunities for students to become engaged in their learning, therefore we have personalized learning, anytime/anywhere approach to learning. In a larger space we combine two (or more) teachers to facilitate a team-based teaching model. Within this flexible model, teachers work with small groups, guiding questions and ideas while customizing the learning directly to what the individual student needs, rather than whole class instruction. Our PLC becomes a fluent, ongoing practice as part of our daily conversations as opposed to a once a week meeting.
